MarketBoard is an affiliate marketing platform. Links shared through our service may contain affiliate tracking codes. When you make a purchase through these links, the list creator (in Pro mode) or MarketBoard (in platform mode) may earn a commission at no additional cost to you.

Terms of Service

By using MarketBoard, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when creating lists and accounts
• Not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Comply with all applicable affiliate program policies
• Not manipulate voting or engagement metrics

Privacy Policy

We collect minimal personal information necessary to operate the service:

• Email address for authentication
• Public profile information (if provided)
• Click data for affiliate tracking (anonymized where possible)
• Voting data (visibility controlled by list settings)

We do not sell your personal information. We use analytics (PostHog) and error tracking (Sentry) to improve the service.

Creator Responsibilities

If you use MarketBoard Pro to monetize lists:

• You must comply with all applicable affiliate program terms
• You are responsible for tax reporting on earned commissions
• You must maintain accurate affiliate account credentials
• You agree to display required disclosures (we provide these automatically)

Refund Policy

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time, and you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
